I entered this thread with the specific intention of touting Chivalry: Medieval Warfare before even knowing which platform we're talking about here, or that the motherfucker is actually on sale on Steam right now.

So if a game of ultra-gory competitive medieval multiplayer butchery that (usually) rewards genuine skill above all else sounds at all like your thing, do give it a shot. There is a learning curve though; I'm 50 hours in, and I'm still learning. (though partially because I constantly keep flip-flopping between classes instead of focusing on getting good with just one of them. I have the same problem with most fighting games, actually)

No thats not at all my thing. I have one game that I play competitive and am really fucking good at it and thats FIFA, and tekken to a certain extent but they fucked that franchise up so its just. Every other game for me is just pop it in play and have fun. And this doesn´t sound like something I would enjoy at all.

So in short for me its dumb fun > skill
