LMAO, not a chance in hell. Resident Evil Revelations of all games has sold more than that on Wii U and that's a butchered multiplat of a 3DS game over a year old.

Wonderful 101 is actually my #1 game I want to get for Wii U this year (Pikmin 3, Watch Dogs, ACIV are also pretty definite while Wii Fit, SM3DW & DKCTF are probable but I also have a bunch of 3DS and PS3 games I want) the trailers look fun, Platinum seems to be putting a lot of heart and soul into the game and I'm excited to try it out!

 

As to how many and what types of people will buy it? I'm not sure but I'm hopeful that Platinum will get enough sales to justify the game and perhaps a sequel, I would love to see Nintendo acquire Platinum Games at some point to increase their game output and a game like Wonderful 101 and/or Bayonetta or whatever else they want to cook up every few years would be awesome!

butbutbut W101 doesn´t count for a new Nintendo ip because they have to be created by firstparty studios...and Xenoblade doesn´t count because it sounds similar to Xenogears and the eShop games and the other operation Rainfall games don´t count either because *insert idiotic strawman argument here*

I don't think I will.. it doesn't seem to be something I'd enjoy. Frankly, I'd rather Wii U got Vanquish 2 or something like that. The first one was the best TPS of the 7th gen IMO.

Will definitely be buying it, probably not day one due to the money problems that come with being a student :(

I'm a total cheapo and I can't really justify spending $60 on a game that to me looks "pretty cool" and has a very short campaign, so I'll probably wait until a bit down the line when I can get it cheaper. I'm glad that so many people are hyped for it though. These third party games need to sell well.

 Short ? Kamiya said that W101´s campaign will last 15-18 hours in one of those  Nintendo E3 interviews !
