Yes, I'm dead serious. And I'm not the only person with this opinion, I've read from others online and my buddies irl as well. I'm sorry that you find my opinion staggering, but that's how I feel. My opinion. And yes, I do own the game.

It just doesn't make any sense. The games are entirely different in tone and gameplay...

The only differences in gameplay are the lack of any platforming in LoU (though the platforming is weak in Uncharted) and the lack of real stealth in Uncharted (though the stealth in LoU is pretty weak imho). At their core they are both third person shooters with very similar level design and gunplay. Outside of gameplay, the tone of the game and the atmosphere are obviously wildly different. But maybe that's what people are referring to with the "skin". Not the first time I have seen someone say it's a reskinned Uncharted, and it's not necessarily an insult to the game.

No, it's an evolution, not a revolution. But it's very gooood!

In graphics and art style the games are very similar and perhaps even in some animations, but after that it departs. Last of Us is a pure survival game with various methods of playing the game while Uncharted is just a straight forward TPS action title.

Yup pretty much. It's just hard to enjoy decent games after experiencing such a masterpiece. I just hope other developers take not and put as much effort in the production value of their games as well.

not really, i expected a good game from them. i do think that it proves what narrow sighted old fart dick heads steven speilberg and george lucas are though.

Mine? No. It's ND so it was expected to blow my mind.

Other developers? Possibly yes (if they want to keep making games)

On another note: Batman Arkham Asylum possibly raised the standards for gamers and devs in regards to superhero games.
