3ds was failing miserably too but that was when it had no worthy games. wii u is the same right now so no one can say it's gonna fail before the big hitters come this holiday. vita is indeed failing in every sense, one can argue that "the big hitters" haven't released but, no big game has even been announced and it's been 1 and a half year since relese.

Both consoles are pretty much dead for me.

I would say the problem with the Wii U is that no developer is putting any interesting software out on it. Nintendo's major franchises are nowhere to be seen outside of the most recent 2D Mario, which I will add is a damaged franchise after a poor showing on 3DS.

In fact, the Wii U has sold 3.6 units and is decelerating months over mont even though it's been out for 8 months, the PS4 and Xbone are not even out and the orders already amont to 800.000 and 500.000 units with a prediction of 1.8M and 1.1.M units sold at the release, by december....

Again your numbers are irrealistic and based on this desillusion, in face of the facts.

for the geniuses who didn't notice, the main games for wii u's 2013 lineup release in october-december. that's what gives.

wii u shipped 3.6 M, it sold 3,1. and REALLY? a console that didn't get any big release since launch is decreasing sales? how shocking.

i don't know where are you taking those numbers of pre-orders for ps4/xone. could you gime a link? because last i checked it was 120k for both combined.
