I feel sorry for the person trying to run the support, nothing worse than not being to help.

They need to fire their PR team ASAP and school their employees. The point where "bad PR is still PR" had any justification is far behind them right now. They need to get their shit straight.

Their PR is so bad atm. That is no way to treat your fans, this guy was def a xbox user not a sony or nintendo fanboy by the way he wrote his tweet

They didnt take the piss, its just the policies from the top are piss poor.

Nothing wrong with what was said at all.

Probably multiple employees using that twitter account. (1 wouldn't be able to handle all those tweets) 

And they use their initials so you can recognize who you've talked to. 

They don't... now only the new home users that will use the TV features... that the main market for Xbone.

You have to admit - its the most unfriendly games machine ever... they are just making sure with their implementation that you worry about doing anything with it.

The employee it trying to secretly say, buy a PC, BUY A PC :D
