I don't think of it as "they want Nintendo to fail". I think it's more like they want Nintendo games on consoles they like more. I don't see it as them personally attacking Nintendo.

I just want to ask right fast, but where is the irony?  I don't really see it.  If DietSoap was a console manufacturer who didn't take his console seriously, that would be ironic, certainly, but I don't get it otherwise.  I admit to being somewhat puzzled.

Certainly:

No profile pic, profile says 83 year old gamer, no games, no friends, 200 some posts since 2010, drive by one sentence flaimbait post. Making a dubious claim without any effort what so ever of documenting it or making it reasonable.

All this points to someone not taking their account very seriously.

So, I figured it was an attempt at some great meta-humor. (As in, don't take me seriously since I'm not serious, then apply that to the initial inflamatory post). I thought it was funny anyway.

Ofcourse, there is the less funny possibility that the post was meant seriously, and that a company that has dedicated years of research, millions of dollars in development cost, game development and advertizing, and countless manhours in support of the Wii U isn't really serious about it. In which case the post is just outright stupid, but I tend to think the best of people. I think he was just being funny.

This time of year is flooded with stealth trolls, multi accounts and other nonsense, I can't count the number of people doing similar things last year (for an E3 that was certainly not as good as this years all things considered) who did what they did till they got banned and then vanished with the wind.

If Nintendo is the best of the 3 at making money in the gaming business, why in hell should they be the ones out of the 3 to exit the race?

So why is Sony keeping Uncharted as a platform exclusive? Surly they would make more money if it was multiplat?
