where did they say that was retro's game?

I expected at least a Metroid game..but Donkey is ok I guess... a little bummed but oh well ;)

I think people have very unrealistic expectations from Nintendo and Rare. Nintendo announced plenty; they wouldn't announce a title from every IP.

Indifferent. I didn't like Metroid Prime, I did like DKCR, but not that much. I guess I would have liked something new. But they're not a developer I am really following.

Well I'm playing DKCR now and it's fantastic. I'm down for a sequel. At the same time though, it would've been nice to see them work on something else.

I'm proud of them for not making it a Mario game. Progress!

Donkey Kong Country Returns sold 6 Million units. Popular series. Better financially for Nintendo. Better for Wii U.
