How many units will the Xbox One sell?!

Well the PS3 + 360 will likely sell around 200 million. Since the market is growing, I expect PS4/One to sell about 250 million. However I think because PS4 is not built in with Kinect, it's going to have an edge. I think 1 in 3 next gen console buyers will go XB One, so that puts XB One sales at about 80 million or so.

However I could be wrong, MS thinks it could sell over 1 billion, with services only available (or only appealing in the future) to North American Gamers. LOL.

MS has money though, if they fall behind, they will slash price.

This also means my PS4 lifetime expectation is about 165 million.

I would take a guess at about 30 million.

Mosty in the U.S of A.

Before the price announcements I thought Xbone 60 million and PS4 110 million.

But the price difference is so big it has to reflect on the sales. Another 10 mill customers will be switched to the PS4 side.

So I'd say 50 million for Xbone and 120 million for PS4.

Well I'm hoping it does poorly at $499. That could get the price down when I am ready to buy it along with Halo 5.

This! I want it to fail so bad it becomes $299 quickly.

If Sony was willing to sacrifice billions of dollars to boost PS3 sales, maybe MS will do the same.
