It’s not true, no cable TV broadcaster is going to air a video game conference right in the middle of primetime.

They listed it on the website, but the cable guide shows otherwise... Not broadcast on TV, but will be broadcast online? Either way won't be watching at all on spike

Eventually people stopped modding their Xboxs because once it got bricked you could not sign into Live anymore.  At the point at that point you needed to get a new Xbox cause whats the point without XBL?

What I find curious about that 1 billion figure is did that 400 million dollar deal with the NFL to have fantasy football count towards that grand total and how much money did they spend on COD exclusivity, and how much for the "rumored" Titanfall exclusivity? I would think those 3 things would have taking a fairly large chunk out of that pie if MS is counting those as part of that grand total.

Why would the NFL deal count as games spending?

"Also two weeks ago I would have told you that there's absolutely no chance of demon's souls 2,uncharted 4 or kingdom Hearts being at the show... But with ms scooping up publishers to not show ps4 games I think they may bust them out to give their presentation more punch.

And as someone who isn't in the industry i find it absolutely shocking how little of each conference is locked down right now. Earlier today I heard a third party pub that was showing with sony was about to jump ship to ms for money and eventually came back to sony (no idea if that's for money as well...). I asked a friend if things being this up in the air was normal and he said 'oh yeah.' 

That suddenly explains so many e3 shows with weird, non informational segments that seem like they were thrown together at the last minute. They probably were...."

More studios?? They have 23 gane development studios, and 6 more for other stuff. How many do tthey possiblly need? They HAVE thrown their money at opening studios. They also hace more than Sony and Nintendo. They are all developing for the Xbox One, so if you think there will be a lack of 1st party games, you have another thing coming.
