Forums - Gaming - In RPG's which gender do you perfer to play as?

I hope i'm not the only one but if given the option the play as a male or female; I always choose the female, I don't know why but I

Just like having the option to play as the opposite sex. Even be able to customize them anyway I want.

I gotta be the only person in the world that would totally love to play as a shemale.

That being said, if I can play as a male who can dress like a woman, well, that's my option.

If not, guess male is a nice choice...

I hardly ever play as a woman!

RPGs-Male usually

Fighters-Female where applicable. (Lucina in Smash plz)

For games other than Pokemon; Male. (Monster Hunter, Final Fantasy (Other than Lightning, she was too cool for school.) Fire Emblem, Dragon Quest, etc, etc, etc.)

For Pokemon; Female. I don't know why, maybe it's because females always played a larger role in the anime's? (When I was younger.)

95% of the time I choose female. I don't know why I guess I just like the way they look. Mass Effect Skyrim etc.....

Depends on the character Im RPing

If Im a big, burly tank character Ill be a male.

If Im a sneaky, stealthy assassin Ill be a female.

Pokemon mostly male...
fighting... always female..... nina or anna williams :p
other RPG.... 50-50 female and male

there is something about skinny women characters that makes me think they are faster :p

But they are! and much more fun to play as. :)

I almost always go with female. They're pretty. More than that, though, is the idea of taking on a persona that is different than what I know. It's more interesting to me to play with a perspective that requires going outside of myself a bit. I like fantasy/sci-fi novels with female main characters as well, partially because they're often less predictable, less typical. Sometimes male main characters are so stereotypical that it hurts.

And again, they're pretty. I like looking at nice things.

depends on the game and my mood at the time. If I play one twice I wil usually flip the gender for the second run through, aparently I like playing as a bad girl lol.
