I am telling you most Xbox fans are among the neutrals. Same thing would be the case with Sony or Nintendo: each has a small sect that will rationalize EVERYTHING they do. It makes no sense to culturally group Xbox fans apart like that, we like freedoms like anybody else. 



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

I'm gonna support you on this, I've seen a few xbox fans not too pleased with the situation even on vgchartz. There will always be fans who rationalize a company's decisions no matter what, and that's just the nature of the beast.

When Microsoft announced a terrible DRM scheme for their console, Sony fans (or GAF... same thing) took to Twitter to rail against the possibility of DRM on the Playstation. Where are the Xbox fans organizing to tell Microsoft not to do this awful shit that we know is happening?

Well these rumors of always online and no used games have been popping up for a while and even when they were just rumors people were angry with MS. And despite the negativity, MS still went ahead and did it. Clearly MS doesn't care about what gamers think or are not aware of how the public views the Xbox One.

No that's a generalization based on the fact that the vast majority of Microsoft fans are saying wait and see.  There has been literaly nothing concrete released on what the policy is exactly and the costs involved.  It has all been very vague.  All I've seen is lots of people whining about something that they really don't know the details about.  If there is some ridiculous fee to activate a used game on top of the price to buy the game then I'll be the first person to say it's wrong but that hasn't been proven to be the case so I don't get the outcry.  I guess I must be one of the few people who was willing to wait for E3 to see this mess cleaned up though.

I think you're misjudging the whole situation by generalizing Xbox fans from VGChartz with the Xbox fans in its whole. On Xbox.com forum we are exploding like butt with dysentery. The problem here in VG Chartz is that Sony fans found ammunition to shoot and been cracking jokes and that's why we're being defensive here. Saying that we acknowledge the problem and don't do nothing about it it's entirely wrong. There's a possibility that Sony will also do it but we Xbox fans we sometimes don't talk about what don't affect us.

They were a big part of the PR shitstorm....on every gaming forum on the internet. There was no twitter....just a massive mob screaming out.It is astonishing that you think Xbox fans weren't among them.

If Sony did it, you'd have Sony fans rationalizing, same goes for Nintendo. But in no way would be they seriously considered the majority of the fans. They just stand out, which is why they are easier to spot.

Microsoft can drop the price of XboxOne games by 35% -50% (depending on the game)
And drop the price of Xbox360 by 50% and allow it to connect with XboxOne to play 360 games.

Well, it's not just VGChartz where I'm seeing this behavior, but I'm glad Xbox.com is exploding like a butt with dysentery.
