It would have the added bonus of reducing the price of the console. Lower price = more people buy it at launch.

Forcing the Kinect on everyone is just a lose-lose situation.

Please now voice your displeasure of the PS eye 2.0 being bundled with PS4. Its only fair.

Who randomly shouts out their CC info for it to be stolen by a mic? Or are you suggesting that they will now steal the number off the card while its in my wallet? MS has had a lot of peoples CC information for years and they have done nothing but keep it safe. You guys seem really desperate in your attempts to bring down the Xbox One. In order to make it look bad most of you are throwing simply logic out the window and just going to extremes. I have never and will never support MS in the console business because if how they handled their Windows business and charge for online and yet even I think its really sad how some of you are making yourselves look. Whats next? Don't like Kinect because you heard a developer exclusive to Sony said that Kinext will Steal your soul then upload it to the MS database where Bill gates and his friends laugh and ridicule you?

People who still use phones to order. Say your grandmother, say someone who is not use to using online options. Or an emergency of some kind. Again, Your family is not the only one out there. You are trusting someone else with sensitive information. It can happen at any time. Yes, these companies are secure. But it comes down to you protecting your things better. Especialy when the device is not needed the majority of the time.

Get off your paranoid horse. Theres going to be millions of these consoles sold. The idea of MS hiring "listeners" that make it their daily task to listen to random kinect user speeches is a laughable idea. MS makes enough profit to not commit credit theft on its own paying customers.

If anything, the kinect will record what movies you see, what games you play, etc. Things that MS can see and gauge what their users like. So next time you see ads on Live, they will be tailred to what you typically do.

there is literally no reason to have kinect constantly plugged in no reason at all, just make the option to unplug the thing simple as!!!!!!!!!!!!



...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

what like licencing yourself?, i know console makers could factor in personal monthly passes for gaming use. ie have a t-shirt with specific code on that the kinect/PSeye2 can scan and let you carry on playing lol
