Forums - Gaming - Are Sony fans worried about XB1's 15 exclusives?

At the end of the day wether these games are internally developed or not. It will be interesting to see which company will have the better lineup of games.

Sony definitely has more games than Microsoft right now, even though most gamers do not care about those games as the sales reflect that.

God of war, Gran Tourismo, and the Uncharted series are the biggest sellers. All the other games probably haven't crack 2 million units.

Despite this many Xbox fans including myself would like to see more from Microsoft and I know they will deliver.

So Sony has no Vita studios? There is also a couple finishing up on PS3 2013 games and will then truly start on PS4.

MS has been building up for a couple years now. So really, its gonna be close, we shall see who has more at launch.

You do realize that that'd probably never happen due to the financial risks involved in that, right? It's like saying, Microsoft could buy Nintendo and Sony, so everyone should be scared! 

 

Sony probably does have Vita studios, however it was confirmed EVERY Sony owned studio are working on PS4 games by Yoshida himself. 

 

Launch =/= Console's first year.

Look at this as the Nintendo "launch window". Microsoft isnt gonna have 15 AAA games ready to go in 12 months. Especially if the rumors that they cancelled stuff is true. This, just like most of the stuff Microsoft pulls, is just smoke and mirrors. I reminds me of the: "and Xbox one is gonna release on............. later this year!". That is Microsoft in a nuttshell. They lured you in and then proceed to crush you like a grape once you're in reach.


How would you be sure of that....?

The X-Box 360 dominated the PS3 in the number of quality exclusives up to 2009. 2009 was kind of a turning point, the point MS said "good enough" and gave up on publishing games. By this point, many timed exclusives went multi-platform as well.

So no, Sony fans aren't worried. Chances are, of these 15 exclusives, 3 or 4 are Kinect games (like Dance Central), and half of them are timed exclusives, or will be available on PC. So in reality, MS only has about 5 true high quality exclusives, and they have this fall, and fall 2014 to deliver them. 2 Halo's, a Forza, and probably a new Gears of War, are not anything new......

Microsoft did not give up on publishing games...atleast i'm assuming that the REd Rings kept them finacialy tied on a solution...atleast that what I think..

Kinda did, can you name a big 360 exclusive which released in 2010 or later that isn't Forza, Gears, or Halo? Fable and Alan Wake don't count since they are available on PC, and as good as Dance Central may be, it's still Kinect, and it's still worthwhile to mention separatley.

Well I guess Your right...about the games on 360....I'm even more hyped forE3 now...
