For those saying PS4 has, or will have more developer support. You're wrong. So far they've only had PS4 to talk about, and it sounds like a great system, why wouldn't they talk it up? It'll be good for the industry. However, they will support MS just as much.
Also, the logic that PS4 will win because of focus on games......lol
Aside from the fact that MS has 15 exclusives, and 8 new IPs for next year, there are larger audiences out there than just gamers. MS will win big with Xbox One, trust me

Yeah I was thinking the same thing.

Regarding japan, I think the best would be to wait until TGS2013. I think Sony can take it back. And regarding US, I think the XOne will sell better than the current 360, BUT the PS4 will sell quite close to it.
In US sure, in the rest of the world? don't think so, many of the features presented will be USA exclusive. In the rest of the world is an open battle, exclusive FIFA content will help them a lot in Europe, but Japan will be a lose again.

LOL, wow.
With a good price and marketing this has a chance to be a huge success in America and ONLY America, thanks to all this entertainment stuff and that deal with NFL. But MS has to play this right because there are A LOT of other devices that do the same thing, the only difference are the fancy user interface and voice controls. This is where MS marketing needs to be perfect, they need to make sure people understand that this device is better than the one you already have (that goes beyond just voice control). So who knows how this will play out.
Now all of the above is from a entertainment perspective (the "casual" market if you will). From a gamers perspective however, if all this things we are hearing are true (internet connection to active games, fee to play used games, etc) it will leave a bad taste in gamers mouth.

What is so surprising? the PS3 can reach 100M by the end it stops selling so, considering M$ and Sony are doing the "right moves", I think they will sell better than this gen. But I think the PS4 will win.
Nope, aint happening, pay to play online will kill them, the tv service requires a separate device and is only available in the USA for now, and worse they are asking people to pay extra for TV when everybody is abandoning TV.
So let me get this straight, i have to pay my cable company to get internet (most if not all won't provide internet without their tv service, so good luck trying to save there), then turn around and pay MS for Live gold so i can play tv (most certainly be behind a paywall), but not only that, i have to also pay MS an additional fee for a separate device to use that function?
It get worse, i have to pay MS a fee to play used games...... smh. 1 is dead on arrival mark my words. MS i giving people stuff they don't want.
hm... it is a really hard one this generation!!
Nintendo has way too many megatons and system sellers, WiiU will eventually sell once the price is lower and more big games come, with or without the 3rd parties support
Microsoft and Sony updated the graphics, more or less, Nintendo is still the most innovative, very similar to last gen
the thing is, that WiiU is not anywhere close to Wii excitement, so i predict that all 3 consoles will be very close
don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^
