I downloaded a plugin called Image Properties Context Menu but it just gets the sheen info (200 x 200).

Right click -> View image in new tab -> Right click -> Inspect Element -> An expandable thing called Metrics in the bottom right -> Dimensions

That gives me 200x112px for yours, which Firefox confirms.

Okay, and the interesting thing is that it opens differently in a new tab depending on where you click it in Chrome. Somewhere about half way if you right click a bit to the left it loads the sheen, if you click it a bit to the right it loads the avi pic.

Huh? In Chrome you just need to right click on the image -> "Show image properties" (or something like this, in German it is "Grafik-Info anzeigen").

EDIT: Nvm, I'm currently logged in with Firefox (How did I not notice this?)

You never know becuase he sets his profile to hidden so nobody can see the genuine reason he was banned.  Easy to claim its undeserved when you hide what you were banned for imo.
