The 12 GB ps3-super-slim says hello...

The initial update was slower than expected fir the file size but since then no issues whatsoever.

The difference is you name the lowest Ps3 model. I named the highest Wii U model. 8gi Wii U says hi...
But the OP already addressed the issue so it doesn't matter. He sees no problem with buying a external HD so whatev
its almost the same speed but slightly faster than the ps3 download. Does that help give you good measure?

No hypocrisy. No weasling. walsufnir's post was intentionally misleading. But you go convince yourself otherwise.

Downloads are pretty fast, but the best part about the new firmware update is that the Wii U can download while being turned off (I think Sony gates this feature behind a PS+ subscribtion and don´t know about Microsoft), the same applies to patches/updates etc.

Yeah just like PS3 did it well when it was "new" (20, 40, 60, 80 and forced installs). And the PSV is even better with its memory.
This is like saying "I will never buy an iPhone because I don't want Apple to watch me -- I will get an Android instead!!" lol
