Forums - General - can we stop with the EA/Nintendo threads?

this subject has been milked more than guitar hero. its getting really boring talking non stop about the same subject. we are talking so much about this subject that it dominated the forums and threads about actual games are no where to be found. im saying to stop completely, but just stop with the million threads and try to contain the subject in as few threads as possible. the forum is starting to get really boring

We can ask them to stop but I'm sure more will keep popping up out of the woodwork.

Tell me about it. The pattern usually goes like this
Somebody makes a thread about ea and Nintendo->Nintendo defense force arrive and bash ea->a few people post things defending ea or have a diff opinion-> rinse and repeat.

...this is another EA/Nintendo thread.

and gamers complain about so much milking, they should know better!

no thread in particular is bothering me. but just the sheer amount of threads about the topic

I like how it's "Nintendo defense force" and "a few people post things defending ea or have a diff opinion".

Its talk about something major happening in the industry. It will be discussed, just like the same-old sales are discussed weekly.

I understand your frustration but it's a very important topic for some of us so it will have to be discussed in its entirety. Should it all happen in one thread or not, the answer isn't so simple.

Ultimately the most important thing is that people not bash each other (which seems to be what your real concern is), and that's something people need to work on to achieve.
