Spider-Man is pretty popular in Japan to the point that his films are the highest grossing Superhero films outside of the Avengers movies.

He even had his own live-action TV show akin to Super Sentai/Kamen Rider. I believe it was a collab between Toei and Marvel and Stan Lee is a big fan of tokusatsu.

No SnK IV is unfortunate, but everything must be evened out, which is why GOTY 2019 KH3 increased by 2 today. All according to keikaku.
