For the record: BO3 had a combined first week of about 160k (PS4 + PS3).

Call of Duty is a beast, doing fantastic on COMG!

The ratio comes down to earth a bit when you consider the bundles (although we don't know exactly how many were bundled, but it's safe to say that it's a significant number), but even at 1:1.5 or 1:1.75, it's a great performance. I wonder why it did so much better than the other big hitters on Switch.
