DQ PS4 return to the first place on Amazon Japan,I dont know if it was the first time since Splatoon 2 official Pre-order opened.

No it was temporarily ahead a few days ago when I mentioned it. But as you say it's top again.  Who knows if this is temporary again or not. But the fact a similar number are pre ordering DQ11 ps4 as splatoon on rakuten and amazon really bodes well for it.

Big day for DQ on Ps4.

I mean, it's not a new game in any way. It's a port of game that released just a couple months ago. Why would you expect huge numbers out of the gate? Especially considering that most people are expecting a Monster Hunter 5 announced this year.

Eh, that's not quite right. People are coming around to the idea that the PS4 version is going to be bigger than most expected. At the moment, the PS4 is doing just ok, and the 3DS version is doing horribly. At its current pace, it's going to end a disappointment for Square.

ETA: By "its current pace" I'm referring to DQ11 as a whole. It'll do fine relative to the platforms and industry in Japan, but poorly for a mainline DQ.

That people want it on the Switch because it will be close to a portable PS4 version, not an old PS2 graphic quality Dragon Quest
