Is Ni no kuni a exclusive? I thought there was a ds version too :/

Your thread your rules but in my opinion you should revise some things.

KILLZONE WOULD OF BUT ITS RELEASING IN SEPT WHICH 3DS GAMES WILL HAVE PRETTY MUCH TAKEN OVER LOL. Vita should have 3 million sellers by years end! thats a good accomplishment right!?

im all ears. i rather have people's opinions. i just did 2 things. the first being top 10 exclusives that came out this year in any region. so gams like animal crossing wont count in it cuz it came out in japan last year. I could always do a US or Europe only top 10 if that would be interesting?   As for the @nd post its top 25 exclusives no matter wat year they came out.

Using that logic, Ni No Kuni shouldn't be in either list for there is a DS version.

There's gonna be some kerfuffle about what "exclusive" means in this thread.

Dragon Quest, fair enough is a full out remake of a fifth gen game. Kingdom Hearts is a HD port of three sixth gen games. I've seen people listing Donkey Kong as an upcoming exclusive though. Isn't it just a simple port of a Wii title? I wouldn't consider the Jak Trilogy (coming to Vita next month) an "exclusive" because its just a port of a PS3 title.

Not saying my opinion is the correct one on the matter, but you might want to set out where you draw the line for "exclusive" in the OP.

god dammit lol. I didnt kno ni no kuni was on ds??? remakes should be exclusives i think. I mean games like pokemon heartgold/soulsilver should be classified as its own imo. 

Remakes, yeah I agree, but ports are harder to justify.  I'd liken DKCR 3D to something like Atelier Totori Plus.  Yes, it's an expanded handheld version of a home console game with some new letters at the end of the title, buf it's only exclusive if you treat that word like Sales2099 does (i.e. the PC space is different to the home console space which in turn is different to the handheld space.  So Minecraft would be a 360 exclusive and Sly Cooper a PS3 exclusive).

Also, I don't know what the deal with Ni No Kuni is.  I thought the DS version was different to the PS3 version, but maybe not!

I agree with Kresnik, games like DKC:R (shitty idea), Jak trilogy and KH should not be considered in your list. 

Besides that, Layton 6 will only last some time more, after that it is bye-bye till the end of the year (If we Europeans buy the hell out of it).
