Speaking of guessing what camp people are in, it seems easier to do it on this site. You have those nin domination, xbox rep, and whatever the hell the one for sony is sigs. I can just guess what camp people are most likely in except for Wright and some other people. He just seems like a mystery to me with that avatar of his. It throws me off.

I personly don't think what games people prefer matters. But I also don't understand why anyone would dislike Nintendo, MS, or Sony games.

lool i actually made a thread requesting to take those things off, i took mine off and i stopped posting in the playstation thread. only came back in since the people in there mostly joke around and have fun. 

I'm sorry but this had to be done.

I realized this when the Vita doom started getting unbearable and our little cult was the only real reason I visited the site. If I posted in a 3DS thread my words were instantly taken negatively. Then I realized I had the control to change this. I put a 3D Mario land image in my sig (as well as the vita stuff) and suddenly I could contribute to 3DS threads.

A while ago I took this to the extreme and tried to assimilate with the Nintendo section on here. Everything except my post history was super Nintendo. I didn't really change what I was posting, but suddenly most Nintendo fanboys agreed with me and Sony fanboys hated me. It was weird. Now I'm continuing with that trend and doing Microsoft for a bit. It's not having as great of an effect (probably since they know what's up lol) but still Nintendo fans are starting to get up in my grill again.

So I don't have an answer for you, but what you've observed is most defiantly true.

ohh sorry i thought you were talking about the fan base not the actuall companies. i dont like them because i dont have their consoles, im not really a fan, but i dont hate them. the type of games that nintendo make really dont appeal to me. they are either causal (wii fit, sports) or more family oriented (mario, zelda) or japanese games. with MS i never really gotten into the xbox, i always wanted to play halo and gears, but that was it. where as i played over 8 sony franchises on my PS. i dont hate the xbox or nintendo, but im just not currently a fan

So, you've never wanted to play Fable, Dead Rising (At least the first one), Left 4 Dead (for the offline co-op), Forza and so on? And some great Arcade games too.
