So the 3DS is now doing more better in Native America & Canada & Mexcio then PS3 & 360. And Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon is selling more then Bioshock infinit on PS3 & 360 combine.

 

Well I think Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon might be responsible. But do you guys & gals think?

Also do you think other Nintendo 1st Party IPs like Kid Icarus Uprising & Fire Emblem Awakeing & Sakura Samurai: Art of the Sword & Dillon's Rolling Western & Pushmo & Spirit Camera: The Cursed Memoir & Ketzal's Corridors & & Savvy Style: Fashion Trensetters & Kersploosh! & so fort, will get more attention.

And what are your predictions of Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon lifetime sales?

I think it will be diffintely more then 10 million.

Not much to say except that 3DS is the best gaming platform at the moment and it deserves each of those sales and a few more.

For this single week maybe.

But NPD for March has 360 > 3DS. Also Bioshock Infinite 360 > Luigi in total sales.

i think they are playing the catch up.... i remember when the pikachu edition came out every places are out of stock and they got 30something thousand that week.  I think instead of changing the numbers they just roll it on subsequent weeks....

is it really over tracked??? omg maybe they start counting the digital sales? is there even a digital for luigi?

They're definitely not counting digital sales. Yes, it's overtracked in USA by around 90k according to NPD numbers. This means that this week could very well be overtracked as well.

is it still overtracked if they change the USA to North America? i think they are including mexico and Canada's numbers

To be fair; the PS3 and 360 are way down on what they were selling in previous years. You'd expect Nintendo's handheld to outsell them really.

With Vita, sadly, pretty much dead, and the Wii U still floundering, I think it's really important to the coming generation for the 3DS to sell well. Something has to! Beating the 360 in America on a weekly basis is a good start, but the console is what.. 7 years old now?

Hopefully the 3DS can keep building momentum, and keep the industry nice and healthy.
