i'm starting to feel that the direction they chose for the ps4 is really making a huge impact on the industry, what happened 15 years ago with the original PlayStation

Edit. Hopefully gamers don't dissapoint and do their part supporting it, buying early and getting new games so we can have a smooth transition when next gen consoles finally arrive without struggling and more doom and gloom.

I'd really like to try out a few games with UE4 myself. While the level of detail is incredible, some scenes (check the infiltrater demo from ~3:00 on) I think people with motion sickness will have huge problems playing any action orientated UE4 game. Literally too detailed^^

Oh, I'm aware. I'm glad you also agree that power isn't the reason that platforms are important. =) The only thing I said in my post is that power is not the only thing that makes PC gaming awesome, which was basically the premise of the article.
