Unless MS continues to buy exclusivity for DLC in GTA4, which is a possibility depending on how effective they perceive their exclusive content to be and the kind of financial shape Take Two is in, the ultimate effect of MS' DLC exclusivity is that DLC will be delayed for the PS3 for about a year. Assuming it takes about a year to develop those two chapters.

360 gets missions

PS3/360 DLC gets horse armor (Horse Armor FTW!!!)

The two MS bought are exclusive to the system, but other DLC such as guns, cars, etc. are not.

We may even see those DLCs to , if the game manages to beat the 360 version by a big margin in the Others region ...

@Hunter: Don't bet on it, unless Rockstar wants to give MS back their $50 million.

@Dallinor: We don't know yet--they haven't really even released much info on the game itself, let alone the extra content.

 Actually they do plan to give MS back their 50 million... as the 50 million was just a front for the profits the DC is supposed to generate.  If they don't reach 50 Million dollars worth of sales on DC, Rockstar has to pay back what it doesn't cover. (Or atleast that is my understanding of it.)

In other words... there is no way for Rockstar to give anything to put those two on PS3 without MS's go ahead. (Unless it was a timed exclusivity deal... and we don't know it.)

I seriously doubt that GTA IV will get more DLC than the two episodes promised to MS.

Once they get the engine finalized in the generation, Rockstar seems to pump out GTA games at a pretty solid rate.

I hope that they just start on GTA V, which is rumored to be a PS3 exclusive

Rockstar/ Take-Two has never been one to shy away from content, or perform any type of favorism. The PS3 and the 360 will get plenty of DLC in the ways of new missions and the like I'm sure.
