Carolyn Petite is a woman, but wasn't born as one. She's been trought lot of pressure these past month, with constant flamming and rampage about her sexuality condition because of that. So I thought you were laughing at the fact that she was not a woman when she was born. I think the moderator thought the same too. That's why I told you she's a woman.

You thought i was making fun of  her? Damn, you two must have easy lives  if you think that was making fun of person xD

Yep, that's what I thought. Nah, I don't have an easy life; heck, I do enjoy dark comedy myself xD But I just thought you knew the fact and deliberately were making fun of her, which was missing the point of the thread.

For reference, this is how the community reacted. There are several people who discredited the review. Sony fans.

Since it's the 3DS this time, now people are entitled to their own opinions, aren't they?

If this lady consistantly gives good games a "fair" score then her reviews need to be discredited. Gravity Rush deserved much more than a 6.5! Maybe she is looking for controversy to increase ratings.

No. Gamespot has really talented people and reviewers. Danny, for example (The one with the Escape from Mount Stupid videos and Random Encounter) is a quite brilliant individue. They gave Twillight Princess an 8.8 and Skyword Sword a 7.5 which was far generous for that piece of garbage. They gave Spirit Track 8.5, Phanton Hourglass 9.0. Super MArio Galaxy 9.5, Super Mario Galaxy 10, New Super Mario Bros. 9.0, New Super Mario Bros. Wii 8.5

And now mr. Smart tell me how is this Anti Nintendo. Because they had the guts to say their opinion out loud?

and I don't know if you live under a rock or just sleep all day because it's well know that gamespot generally is anti-nintendo in the sense that they score nintendo games that get high scores 1-2+ lower than the average.

 

Super Mario 3D Land which normally gets 9 got and 8 from Gamespot, Zelda Skyward Sword gets mostly 9-10 score and Gamespot gives it a 7.5, Star Fox 64 3D normally got like 8s and 8.5s, while Gamespot gave it a 7.5, and Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D got normally like 9-10 and Gamespot gave it an 8.5. Twilight Princess has a 95 average and got 8.8 from them. Let me tell you something, a 7 or 8 or 8.5 is scores different from a 9 or 9.5 or a 10. That is anti-Nintendo. Type into google search "why does gamesp"

 

Now do you know how this industry works? Because if Gamespot really would be anti Nintendo and never even give NIntendo a chance. Why would Nintendo be so stupid and support them with test examples and invitation to events and conferences? If they really where against Nintendo then Nintendo would just say fuck you guys there are plenty of other gaming sites in the internet we don´t need you.

She is not a woman in my opinion, so i wasnt intending to insult her when i refered to her as a guy

looks like that is called playing on the safe side. giving average to high scores for mario and zelda. that doesnt legitimize their anti nintendo stance.

The original Luigi's Mansion was one of the reasons why I bought a GameCube and it did not disappoint me.

My problem is that you say things just to get a rise out of people.  That is what you are doing wrong here.  This thread is about a review for Luigi's Mansion.  It is not about the reviewer's looks, gender or anything else.  I could give you a ban for derailing.  Also, I could give you a LENGTHY ban for attacking her, for attacking me, or both.  As I said, stop it now if you know what's good for you.    

I am trying to be nice here, but don't test me.
