lol i know but I still like them.  I honestly feel like the next hardcore game that they make will turn out to be good.  And while i dont ever expect them to be as good as what they were in the 90's they still have made solid games that i enjoy and when i hear about them releasing a new game i get excited still.  They have been absent for a few years now and i expect there launch title to be good :)  

Nope. One group is just bigger than the others. But all fanboys act in the same fashion. And it's annoying most of the time.
Enthusiasm is cool. But when you need to downplay one to make your "side" look any good, that's personaly what I find the most annoying.

It's normal to be hyped. But when PC centric gamers come in to downplay everything console tech related (since nothing beautiful or any technical feat can ever come out from anything other than PCs...), or when someone from an other console "allegiance" comes in just to downplay the sales or successes or a particular item because that's how sad their goal in a community actually is... When nothing constructive comes from certain people because the topic isn't related to what they prefer... The need for them to make people feel bad or diminished for what they enjoy, that's the plague here.

Like some people's goal here is to shit on people's preferences and impose their views on everything. 

That, and how you get called a hater or a fanboy if you either voice your concerns about a system or a game. Like everything must be sunshine and rainbows and no matter if you don't like the purple stripe in those rainbows, shut up about it or you're a hater/fanboy of an other system/company. ¬_¬

only one can hope that they make a good game next. i still think banjoo kazooi had one of the best level desgins in video games up until now. there was a level around a huge tree and you play it 4 times, each time is a different season. and even though its the same level with each season it just seems like a completely different level, it was just pure genius

Anyone who doubts Nintendos ability to sell consoles, or dismisses the Wii U as last-gen. Drives me insane. Its bad enough people like Pachter will piss all over Nintendo all day while completely ignoring questions about the 3DS success, and others like Cliff Bleszinski who literally have no idea what they are talking about, all saying Nintendo is doomed, but i really hate to hear it from the forums i frequent. I mean really people!:

I'm fairly pro-Nintendo, i have a pretty good gaming PC and a Ps3 too, last-gen for me was all Wii/PC and that for me was the best combination as i got 99% of all the good 3rd party 360/Ps3 games on my PC, but then all the excellent Wii exclusives too. Eventually got a Ps3 when the price came down for the exclusives i missed and this year i've finished FFXIII and God of War 3. I'll fight bias wherever there is bias, and correct the ignorant if they simply dont know what they're talking about, but as a Nintendo fan, i find they seem to cop the most hate and its ridiculous.

Yeah Ive been playing through Banjo Tooie here recently on XBLA.  I love it and it really takes me back to when I first played it.  The thing is, it still stands out being one of the best 3D world platformers out there.  Banjo, Diddy Kong Racing, Donkey Kong COuntry, and Conker Live & Reloaded has been my favorites by them.   

I havent played nuts & Bolts as everyone says it is completely different.  Not bad but not like the originals :/  Makes me sad but i think they will revisit it eventually.  Even if it isnt the same team they could still make it good if they stick to the same formula.  And Kameo and Perfect Dark Zero hasnt been bad either.  Just not as good as the 90's.  Even Kinect Sports is good which probably took very little man power and time.  I know it gets a lot of criticism but it is good for a kinect game

It makes a difference, trust me.  If someone makes a point to say IMO or IMHO I am far less likely to argue with someone.  It's just nice to know that people aren't assuming they're all-knowing and have all the answers.  It's a reality check kind of thing.  Like, you believe "this" because of "this" and "that", in your opinion, instead of simply implying you have all the anwers and everyone else is wrong.  I prefer it, personally.

"IMO" can make all the difference between a banned user and a not banned one.

I for one can only suggest you all to use "IMO" or "IMHO" as much as possible, especially when you're claiming something controversial.


Obviously "IMO" doesn't automatically save you from the banhammer. But it helps.

People that have to talk negatively about an opposing console or game to promote there's. And yes, one fraction is most obnoxious and boring about it.

But I usually think they are a bit crazy and just skip over it.
