I own one. But if the ps4 has free online and the 720 doesn't, that one will be my other purchase. The same if 720 had free online and ps4 doesn't.

Already have a Wii U but for the sake of the thread I'll imagine I don't.

No. I'm a PS+ member and have no plans to stop paying for it next gen. If online play is included in PS+ then it really doesn't affect me. However let's imagine online play is it's own charge separate from PS+. Well then I'd still get the PS4 at launch for its exclusives but all my multiplats would go Wii U and PC.
