I'll certainly give the demo version a try - both versions, actually. I'm not one of those people who can sit in front of a TV screen for more than 2 hours straight. I might actually get the 3DS version if at least one of my friends decides to get the game as well. I'm afraid I'd just never touch the Wii U version because it is so time consuming. On 3DS you can just put the console into standby mode and take a break.
This is the kind of game that really needs a demo. Looking forward to trying it out!



The lack of a Wii U demo seems a misstep to me. Wouldn't that attract interest? Or are they scared that its gritty, old school play style will scare potential buyers off?

There is a WiiU demo.
As soon as I get either of Wii U/3DS I'll try this demo!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.
Monster Hunter Tru Ultimate will be the best game on Wii U for years to come.
