Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

I reckon they should do something similar to pokemon. like create a new world but change up a whole bunch of elements and mechanics to the game but just base it of that. maybe targeted at an older audience

I think Nintendo should make a SIM racing game to compete against Forza and GT.

Well F*** me Sideways, Nintendo is adressing all my concerns with Wii U. From the ex developers from Bizarre Creations, WOW.

Now Sony, MS, and Nintendo all have some key developers from Bizarre making an exclusive for them.

Whatever this game is, It doesn't sound like a Forza/GT compeditor like the article suggests, it sounds like a PGR5/Whatever Sony has next gen other then GT, compeditor. I'm definatly buying a Wii U now, but after I beat all my Wii games, which may take 2 years when I mix in the 360/PS3 games I still have to beat.

Party game. There was no choice for it though.

I think Nintendo should make a SIM racing game to compete against Forza and GT. However I don't think they will because they probably can't find developers as good as PD and Turn 10, plus those games are big budget, and Nintendo isn't that huge of a company.

Realistically, Nintendo should make a new platformer. Something to take the spotlight from Zelda and Mario. Something catered to an older audience, like InFamous or Vanquish arm (I know they aren't platformers).

I'd be happiest with an RPG though, Nintendo can make the best RPG's if they tried. They know who the good developers are (e.g. Super Mario RPG, Chrono Trigger, XenoBlade, Final Fantasy VII, Dragon Quest IX, Golden Sun, Fire Emblem, etc).

When it comes to budgetss, I think nintendo can manage the most. They just ned the developers. Slightly mad studios would be a nice pick for a racing game.

Well, only because Lucid Games has yet to make a game, I'd vote for Lucid Games to develop a Nintendo exclusive franchise. It would keep the franchise truely exclusive to Nintendo. Plus PGR is an arcade racer, and I think Nintendo's first venture into racers should be arcady instead of full out SIM. I think more of the Nintendo fanbase would pick up the game that way.

Plus isn't Slightly Mad already developing Project Cars? A WiiU multiplatform title?

I'd like to see Nintendo try their hand at a full blown RPG, no not an action RPG like Zelda or strategy RPG like Fire Emblem. Either in a more traditional JRPG style or epic MMO. I think they'd be pretty good at it.

Nintendo can't attract children with a sim. Its not fully their intention to attract serious adult gamers. Mario Kart + Fzero > GT + Forza in Nintendos eyes.
