That's just bullshit...-_-
Although my first impulse when my Wii had the Dual-Layer issue was indeed to send it directly to Nintendo...because of my eshop games on the NAND^^

That's the great thing about media attention: It gets shit done.
This issue is old news. I do however hope they fix the account locked to one console.
This is a common issue that they're working to fix. It was well documented, if he cared so much about the system he'd know this.
That's bloody horrible. How is this acceptable to people? I'd heard of people having problems with transferring but I had no idea it was this bad. I don't even really understand ... what if your Wii U gets lost or stolen?
And are some people really saying that it's his own fault? Holy ...
Seriously, though, could someone explain the lost or stolen part? Because if you lose everything in that scenario, my desire for a Wii U just took a major blow.

The John in the OP and the guy in the blog, are they the same person? Did the issue get sorted out?
Nintendo Network ID: DaRevren
I love My Wii U, and the potential it brings to gaming.

Sheesh, Pezus, what's with you and always posting these negative Nintendo threads?! (I'm kidding, I wouldn't want you to take this the wrong way.)
I just find it interesting how these issues didnt pop up during the last two months but only now.
Convenient timing. Its like someone said: Its time to run down the Wii U guys, everyone gang up now!
I would feel simpathetic if it wasnt for the oportunistic timing aimed at hits.
Really don't get how they thought launching the system without easily transferable IDs was a good idea in 2013.
This exact same situation could've happened to him had the Wii U worked, but got damaged, lost or stolen. How the hell could Nintendo have not had transferable IDs in place at launch when they'd worked on the Wii U for years? Between that and the lack of built in storage--which I see no excuse for when small drives are dirt cheap--Nintendo's approach to digital content just seems ass backwards.
