most are, except for mario and zelda..
nintendo really needs to step it up, especially with the updates, over the past 2 months only 4 games were added and 1 video..
Well, at least this time, Nintendo has openly announced that they're flexible what pricing is regarded.
They want to do it right this time, but it might not happen right away.
They really should convince more developers with interesting projects to get on board, though, cause the E-shop titles are already looking like my reason to get a Wii U.
Edit: Oh yeah, you're talking about 3DS, what with GameBoy games and all. I wouldn't know much about that. Isn't Pushmo and Crashmo supposed to be awesome?
I really like the E-shop. I didn't have very high hopes for Nintendo's first full-fledged online service, so it very positively surprised me with how nice it really is. It works very nicely, and is very fluid. The demo service, for instance, is completely flawless.
At the moment, there aren't a ton of great games, but you have some gems like Trine 2 and The Cave at low prices, as well as several great ones at full price. I'm also quite excited about Toki Tori 2 coming out in a few weeks, as I really loved the original.
Edit: Oooh, you might be speaking of the 3DS one. Nevermind then!
I wouldn't buy a retail game off there as I like to own the physical copy, Im more interested in the indie games that come, fingers crossed for The 90's Arcade Racer

Where do you live? I see 23 demos, 15 retail-games for download (priced the same as retail, 45€ the most), over 60 downloadable games made for 3DS, all the DSi-download-games and VC for Gameboy, NES and GameGear. Do we europeans get the better eShop? Somehow I doubt it.
