Hm...can't say I'm thrilled with costumes. Actors seem...fine.

Hopefully, they make the movie pop with vibrancy in colour grading, instead of modern trend of making everything muted and dull.

Looks great. And of course this is not necessarily reflective of how the film will look tonally. A lot of these early stills are released pre colour grade and post production 

As someone working in sound post for film and TV, you wouldn't believe with what type of non-graded videos we often work. But I do expect for official photos to be graded to resemble the movie - so, again, I'm hoping they make it as vibrant as games, and not go with the sludge that is prevalent lately.

Oh yeah, there is a grade here for sure. Just not necessarily reflective of the final product. Tonally I think there are a few different directions the series has gone in. I would say Ocarina, Majoras Mask, Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword would each have quite a different look. Majora would be quiet garish and surreal, Twilight Princcess very moody and sepia etc I'm very curious to see where they pull most from, also in terms of story

Extrapolating from Mario, I suspect a mix of recent games plus late millennial nostalgia bait, so probably BOTW with some Wii stuff sprinkled in (TP).

You all are looking too deep into a few photos. I think this movie will be a delight to watch! Very excited to see what Nintendo/Miyamoto is cooking up here.

Given Zelda's costume, which I find very bland, I'd say BotW/TotK era - not really thrilled with that either, but color should be quite vibrant at least.
