Get the PC version if you have to, and even then, don't expect the game to be bug free. It's riddled with bugs. I quit shortly after few hours because of loading times, it was just insane.

A High chance you won't like the game anyway, few people did.

and yes, soundtrack is really good, I got hooked by the trailer years ago because of the music alone :)

There are offers for the PC version from time to time. I got my steam copy two weeks ago for ~$3. If you have a capable PC, don't wait for it.

How does this game compare to White knight chronicles? I played that one and I enjoyed my time with it but that time was unusually short for a JRPG.

I want this game as long as all the bugs are fixed in it.

People originally thought that Amazon.co.jp only added "Tentative Name" next to FF Versus XIII, but it looks like TLR on PS3 has had it added as well. As I said before, it looks like TLR for PS3 is still coming out but will possibly have major changes/improvements over the 360/PC version. It may even be a sequel but include the entire original game on a separate Blue-ray Disc. Personally, I'm optimistic that TLR will come out for PS3. If it doesn't get released for PS3 then neither will FF Versus XIII.

Extremely likely that they just didn't bother to take it down because they forgot to or didn't notice it was still listed. You do realize it actually isn't being "moved forward" a year every year, right? All games that aren't released yet on Square Enix's site are listed for 2013 from what I can tell, including games with release dates that are listed as "undetermined", which is exactly what The Last Remnant for PS3 is listed as.

I'll actually look into geting this if they release a more complete version for ps3. Really clean frame rate, full HD, Better loading times, less pop in and some extra quests. Tie in a buget $39 £29.99 retail price and hopefully an even cheaper didgital price and I'd buy it. Alongside Lost Odyssey and FFversusXIII/FFXIII, its the only JRPG I've like the look of this gen.

You're missing the fact that they manually create a new yearly page listing every year and continue to update it with new titles and release dates throughout the year. There's no way they've forgotten the game is on the list as they actively moving it every year.

Yeah, I would also like to see it released on the PS3 at some point. Despite what people say about it, I like the battle system, art direction and the fat it's non-linear and has HD towns.
