Too Human, the 2008 Xbox 360 exclusive from Silicon Knights, has been pulled from the Xbox Live Marketplace as part of a November court order to recall and destroy every unsold copy of Too Human and X-Men: Destiny.

While images and videos are still present on the game’s XBLM page, the game is no longer available for purchase through Games on Demand and all Gamer Pics and Themes have been removed.

Silicon Knights had until December 10, 2012 to recall and destroy any software built using Unreal Engine 3 at its own expense.

A North Carolina federal judge ordered the developer to pay Epic Games over $9 million, doubling the initial $4.5 million a jury awarded Epic in May after it was found Silicon Knights deliberately copied code from Unreal Engine 3.

I still have this game tainting my 360 collection, would be nice to have Silicon Knights come over and take my copy from me, their office is only an hour or so away from my house, shouldn't be too hard.

Wonder why it took so long played the demo and didn't like it.

I kinda always wanted to play Too Human but I never pulled the trigger on the purchase. I even saw it for $5 and still didn't buy. Now, I'm gonna have to pick it up.

Too Human is one of those badly received games I wanted to experience myself.

Me too. I've heard mixed responses about the game. A gamble worth a few dollars.
