Ni no kuni doesn't have a giant internet campain for free advertisement. Nor does it have article after article at IGN. OpRainfall was big for sales in NA. Idk if Ni No Kuni has that backing but I'm hoping it sells well, we need more Jrpgs.

Ni no Kuni gets plenty of coverage on IGN, but you're right in that it doesn't have an Op. Rainfall-esque viral marketing campaign. A TV spot would help that game tremendously. "From the studio that brought you Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle..."

And if VGC shows that it does, then it means we have it way overtracked.

Xenoblade was sold out like 1 month after it came out. It has not seen stock ever since.

Xenoblade has been restocked at Gamestop and Nintendo's site multiple times already...

VGC no doubt has it overtracked but it's not a sales failure. NoA brought it over because it sold well in EU, and then Reggie said it did well for them in NA. It sold well but obviously deserved to sell more than whatever the real figures are.

Yeah it might have been restocked on the Nintendo website but most people don't know about that and so they buy it on ebay at high price which makes it so that some people don't get it because of that.

I never saw it in stock at Gamestop though.

But yeah if it's been in such limited stock it tells me that it sold very well.

Ni no Kuni is definetly My next PS3 tittle!!! It looks amazing, I love Studio Gihbli and Anime + RPG The reviews sound amazing too, I can't wait to play it!!!
