I meant are they sure it was the mouse it got?

Lol I thought it was funny as hell.

It's the middle of winter in a park outside of a dorm building. I doubt there was anything other than the mouse to catch the Hawks eye. I guess there could be a squirrel or two, but what ever it flew away with was small like a mouse.

Does that mean you're happy for the hawk?

I laughed my ass off. So ironic :D

If you watch it on a big enough screen, you can see the mouse run across the street and into the hawk's clutches.  I think the mouse loved the human so much that he didn't want to live without him.  The best love story since Twilight.

I stopped feeling empathy for mice a long time ago (Since my cat always turned my garden into a slaughterhouse for rodents and rabbits every summer when I was a kid)

I always root for the predators, because they are usually the most magnificent animals ^^

I feel bad for the Cadet and for the mouse. The Cadet's work to try to save the little fuzzy one comes to a quick ending right after. He tried to do a nice thing for the mouse - but ended up helping the hawk.

And the poor little mouse - cause it's last moments are being terrified and trapped in a tiny little box. Being forced into a cold bright scary world. Then grabbed by sharp pointy talons, held a great heights before being ripped apart alive. That's just got to ruin your whole day!

And also happy for the Hawk for a meal - but the being ripped apart while alive is the most vivid part. That part I would not like to experience first hand.  Biologically we are pretty close to the mouse.  And I would not like to be picked up by aliens and released into a world, and be snached and eaten by a giant flying thing.

I think it's hilarious. Also think he should man up, he's in the army for God's sake.
