The same thing as now, SCE Worldwide Studios. That's a far, far bigger factor than the PS3 doubling as a Blu-Ray player.

They could also release a PS4 with slighly superior graphics than PS3 include a slimmer version of the PS Vita as the controller in every unit and sell it for 449$. Yea basically a WiiU but you can take the Vita anywhere, gaming all the time.

The overall library and variety of games along with all the big third party franchises, mixed in with some Sony 1st/2nd party exclusives.

Sony's never really been a "WOW! This one game will cause a HUGE hardware spike!", it's just generally the variety of the library as a whole.
