Dante has black hair, and people with black hair are evil. They should get hanged and have no permission to be on a BoxArt. Booh Black Hair Booh.

Just imagine

DMC starring Jared Leto. All the Otaku fanboys would stfu after that.

The graphics look good, but gameplay looks boring.

Yet another reason why I won't trust reviews.

What did the tweet say originally?

All that matters is the combat and that 89% review claimed it's no where near as fluid as the original DMC games, so all that praise for the level design seems rather moot. Hopefully the PC version running at 60fps makes the game more fluid as I couldn't tolerate the gameplay in the demo on my PS3, as it felt too slow and disjointed.

What is this obsession currently with making DMC 60fps? Were the original games even that? Having 60fps only matters in a game with Online where every minute second of control counts either for or against you. If the game is singleplayer title with a consistant framerate to reduce Screen tearing what is the deal?

I feel like this is a ho hum argument drummed up against DmC to put it down. I played the demo and I very fondly remember playing the first 4 as well. Dante has always had a sense of jittery-ness to him. Many of his attacks cause pauses between executions. This is nothing new. New Dante moves just as well if not better than previous versions with unique combo system added in for extra flair. Say what you want about Dante's design and the script, but aesthetic and combat are right on the money.

It feels like the pleebs who swear Heavenly Sword was a button masher all over again, when the game is very obviously anything but for a person who fully played it. The game actively fights AGAINST button mashing with the fact everyone is defaultly in block mode.

I hate NT and their smug faces these days too, but lets call a spade a spade shall we...

The DMC Hiarchy goes as fallows....
1. DMC 3: Without a shadow of a doubt, the 3rd is the best installment in the series. It had cool Dante and not the brooding one in DMC2, it had crazy high flying action antics, it had combos and weapons out the wazoo, it had smart talking bosses, it was what we fell in love with in the first game but better. Plus...that Theme Song, FAVS!!!!!!!!!

2. DMC 1: The original. Enough Said. Nelo Angelo(Virgil) was the coolest boss in the series too.

3. DMC 4: Not exactly a bad game. Story was aweful tho. Don't really know what they were thinking, ppl play DMC for Dante and they decide to change the MC? WTF Capcom you are SO out of touch with your fans. Not to mention its far less game than 3 or 1.One third of the game is spent back tracking through the game's castle with Dante, when all the enemies were actually fine tuned to face Nero.

4. DMC 2: The game was huge and expansive....but most of it felt like filler. They changed Dante's personality. Game also seemed kinda easy to me :/. And hate hate HATE Lucia, worst accent and story elements EVER!!!!! "Dante, Kill MAAAAAAEEEE!!!" will haunt my dreams forever....

I dont care if it has a 1000/10. I dont like anything of what I have seen and played of the game, so no thanks.

I appreciate that, but have you got a link, its just I don't want to update the OP without one, since Capcom and Ninja Theory confirmed there are some fraugilent reviews (well just one that I've seen, which was the Insight Factor), where they didn't send the reviewer the review copy.

Of course you don't. You obviously prefer to play inferior God of War mindless Hack n' Slash games :P lol I kid I kid...

Seriously tho, I always prefered DMC's method of madness rather than GoW's :/
