Well no, not all vegans are sickly, I've already stated in this thread that it's not for everybody, just like Asians have problems with dairy problems(lactose intolerant) and can't produce the right enzyme to digest it withou long exposure to it, and if they stop for awhile, the enzyme goes away again, and some just can't produce it period. Not everybody can function without meat, so it always makes me feel weird when people say we don't need meat. Maybe some people don't need meat, but others might need it to function correctly. I've always found it strange that those people say humans have too much ego yet can't accept that some people need meat because they got too much ego themselves lol.

Exactly, especially that one vegan sister I mentioned. To be more specific about her the doctors said that the only way to get the nutrients was to eat meat and no supplements would help. I have a feeling a lot more of those types of cases would happen if PETA got their way. Also, there is a study that I mentioned earlier in this thread. I didn't do the project on it but a classmate of mine did. Ill have to ask what it was again. Anyway, the study showed people with certain blood types did better with certain diets. Needless to say meat was a diet a certain blood type did better with and veggies were better for another blood type

Clearly your not a Dog owner as if you where you would see the fallacy in your words

There is no fallacy in what I said. You just refuse to accept this. How about you go play with a pack of wolves and see if they care about you.

Clearly they wouldnt know me and might see me as a danger or be hungry and decide to eat me. Still doesnt mean they cant think.

Question do you also think Dolphins and Whales cant think or that?, what about Monkeys?

man, you are going into some weird ass direction with that one, humans can think, sometimes think too much like you are doing now, but that sure as hell didn't stop wars, murders, and massacres so apparently the ability to think has got nothing to do with it if humanity can't keep peace in itself. :P

Yes but by him saying "Go into a pack of wolfs and see if they will be your friends" as proof that they can't think is pretty weak imo

that wasn't an argument against them not being able to think

It's possible to live off an exclusively vegan diet; just not advisable.

While it's entirely possible to replenish and provide all the essential proteins and fatty acids in a healthy, balanced diet without the consumption of meat, there's a lot more science involved. So if someone really wants to be a healthy vegan, it means Science Diet. Supplements, vitamins, carefully planned meals, etc. which is a lot more trouble and a lot more expensive than the alternative, which is simply consuming less meat or minimal meat, sourced from natural, clean, non feed lot/animal factory sources, preferably wild.

But, I know it's an ethical/religious thing, so people are free to do what they want, just as there are plenty of people who live off unhealthy diets consisting primarily of processed foods, processed meats, sickly animals full of artificial hormones, etc. with minimal nutritional value that cause more harm to the human body than benefit.

After experimenting with a vegetarian diet for a year, I found myself eventually resorting to eating textured vegetable protein (fake meat) which is worse than eating real meat from clean, non-processed sources. Experiment ended. On the upside, I averaged about 5 lbs less than I did on my normal diet and it was a healthy weight loss, not a sickly one.

Better solution: eat less meat and only quality meat from good, clean sources.

I'd wager about 95% of the time, they are thinking about food, some % would be mating season, and the rest is like herbal medicine shit and how to train their pups to think about food at 95% of the time. Dolphins and Whales would generally have a higher % of thinking on the sex part and social order, a lot higher, and monkeys are more like humans in which they think about social status more, mainly for the sex other than worrying about food. The common denominator here is that just like us, they want to eat whatever they can get their hands on, and I just want to consider us humans lucky.

I only eat Ramen anyway.

Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.

Pet dogs are an abomination. They are unnatural, created by humans for their needs. Most pet dogs never learned to hunt, they would starve without humans. Some races are breeded into looks, that some people find good-looking, but the animals have pains and are often sick, because it is an unnatural form. Without humans hal of the dogs would die and the other half would evolve to wolfes or something similar. Eating animals makes sense, but breeding animals into things to enjoy people is something I cannot understand.

Well, having a brain doesn't stop animals (even of the same race) from killing and eating each other, so why shouldn't we eat them?

What animals is it that kill each other of the same race for food??

Are cows, pigs or sheep the same race as humans?
