So let's ignore PSP numbers first, what would be total hardware sales(X+PSP) of NPD 2012 Nov?

Last year NPD was ~4,765k 4,605k without PSP.

~4,005k ~4,145k this year (-13%).

Edited - PSP did 160k.

Ethomaz where did you get 160k from ? Is that number official??

Because that would then put this years PS3 numbers back over 800k and thats IF PSP managed 100k this year (which i doubt)

Forget all maths guys... the 13% down is revenue and not units... sad.

That changes everything. People should specify earlier in the thread

Wait i find it
http://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/2012-12-06-us-game-sales-down-11-percent-in-november-despite-call-of-duty
"while hardware dipped 13 percent to $838.9 million."

So PS3 still unknown

Nintendo biggest mistake was not to offer a bundle with the hottest 3DS right now, which is the XL.

Simple as that. Now they corrected the mistake, but they could sold much more on november with that Mario Kart bundle

I think this is it really; why release the bundle a couple days after the biggest shopping day of the year?

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

BTW... I would buy All Stars for Vita only, because I don't have, and won't have a PS3.

But even I admit that I'm in the minority and this game sales is not to be judged by the Vita version performance.
If it bombed or succeeded, it'll be by the PS3 version sales.

No. The GameSpot just forget to say it's revenue and not units.
