He means 360 sales were nearly double the ps3. And double the Wii + Wii U, not all of them together

Well... no. Only if he meant:
1- Xbox 360 sold almost twice than PS3 AND Wii combined(no Wii U, dunno why he said all consoles). AND Xbox 360 sold more than WiiU+Wii combined.

aaah I see. Poorly worded though if you ask me. Wasn't sure if the "combined" was only for WiiU+Wii or also belonged to the first statement.
Though if you indeed sell almost twice as much consoles as all others combined, you wouldn't need to tell the media that you outsold both Nintendo consoles.

Actually it means the opposite.  At least one console sold more than 630k considering it was "nearly" double, not more than double.  Also not sure how you are getting around a million for the Wii U+Wii unless you think either Nintendo's numbers are too low or the Wii suddenly started outselling the PS3 in the non black friday weeks.

PS3 around 650k then. xbox 1.26m. Wii+ Wii U seems right.
