No it makes sense.

Sony released numbers of 525k for black Friday week. And given the info we have its quite plausible to have PS3 sales at ~650k imo.

That would mean it sold ~ 40k per week for the other weeks.

So i would say ps3 numbers between 650 - 750k. Given all the facts though im leaning towards the smaller number.

DS being up and 3DS down tells us that there is still huge confusion regarding the platforms. They are so close in price that DS should die and 3DS get those sales but it's not happening. Really bizarre.

So the ps3 is overtracked by up to 87k using vgc numbers. Will have to wait for numbers to see how much it's overtracked.

Last year the ps3 sold 895k, so the absolute maximum it will be down YoY is nearly 30%.
