Actually it means the opposite. At least one console sold more than 630k considering it was "nearly" double, not more than double. Also not sure how you are getting around a million for the Wii U+Wii unless you think either Nintendo's numbers are too low or the Wii suddenly started outselling the PS3 in the non black friday weeks.
