No, you don't, but your G-Spot is a part of the same tissue that makes up the male prostate.
Every part of the male anatomy, women have, and every part of the female anatomy (except the womb - that I know of) men have.
Penis = clitoris, and vaginal ceiling
Prostate = G-Spot (sorry forgot the clinical name)
Testicles = Ovaries
Scrotum = Labia
Female
Vagina, Uterus, & Cervix - undeveloped in the male. They eventually degenerate.
Breasts - if a male takes female hormones, especially the younger he is, he'll develop fully functioning breasts.
Some women do find it easier to achieve orgasm if stimulated anally, however that also includes manual clitoral stimulation.
The prostate orgasm is completely different from the direct stimulation of the penis. Similar to the difference between a G-Spot orgasm and a clitoral orgasm.
