Penis = clitoris, and vaginal ceiling

Testicles = Ovaries
Scrotum = Labia

Vagina, Uterus, & Cervix - undeveloped in the male. They eventually degenerate.
Breasts - if a male takes female hormones, especially the younger he is, he'll develop fully functioning breasts.
Some women do find it easier to achieve orgasm if stimulated anally, however that also includes manual clitoral stimulation.
The prostate orgasm is completely different from the direct stimulation of the penis. Similar to the difference between a G-Spot orgasm and a clitoral orgasm.
