Roster was crap the game was fun.

I personally wouldn't buy that game with roster as that wold be slap to me as a fan.

This question makes no sense. Only Sony gamers could have been hyped for this game. And Sony gamers shouldn't be grouped with common gamers. Change your title to "Sony Gamers" to acknowledge the fact that you are speaking to superior beings.

After playing the boring beta I had no excitement for the game. I'll stick with Smash Bros Melee for when I want to play a multi game universe mash up fighter.

the general concensus was that it was the poor mans Super Smash Brothers. I will buy it eventually but not as of yet. Also, isnt it a little soon to ask why people didnt buy it? dont you need to give them time to buy it first... especially if they arent buying anything to see what theyll get for christmas.

Yes I was hyped, but that doesn't mean I'll pay £40 for it. Most games get pretty cheap in just a month or two after release in the UK. I'll wait a bit but not too long, since I really wanna play it. Seems fun!

I don't get the topic but from what i understand here is my answer. I have limited budget and time just like most people. So you buy the game that gives you the best value and excitement for your money.
