didnt they just recently had a xbox live banwave and those who werent gotten baned maybe replacing their rrod consoles to play halo 4 and its dirt cheap on black friday too ...

edit:
also wasnt the xbox always overtracked on the black friday week and will get adjusted down a few weeks/months later (mostly after npd numbers comes in)

It won't drop by that much if they change it. But i do find 830000 in just America, very hard to believe even though it was black friday.

as long as it won't have a much higher install base as ps2 or ds i really don't wonder about that and it is sill way behind it. and it's also behind wii which alone shows that there is still place to sell to some people.

PS3 - 400k (actual was 396k... ONLY 4k OFF!)
PSV - 120k (actual was 82k...38k off. Very poor vita sales.)
PSP - 20k (actual was 12k...8k off.)



My prediction threads:

Wii U will sell under 40m units (made on 14th September 2012)

PS Vita will sell under 20m units (made on 30th September 2012)

Wii U will sell under 7m in 2013 - I was right

Halo 4 first 9 weeks sales prediction

PS4 to be down YOY in 2015

Canada?

It sold 448k in NA (which includes Canada), so the 22k come from somewhere else. Very likely an extrapolation error...

maybe mexico? i have no clue but that is the only country i could imagine it.

I somehow doubt it released there. Wasn't it basically NA only?

It hasnt released here yet, today is the launch date and remember the 448k is US only so the rest was from Canada

In Amazon and amazon is not as big like Walmart, Target or even Gamespot, was it 25 in any street shop?
