if you haven't played any of those games before then I highly recommend Batman, then Ninja Gaiden, and I just wouldn't buy Epic Mickey 2 unless it's for le kids.

Nooooooo! Don't listen to him. When someone finally wants to make good disney games again, like in the good old days of gaming, he should be rewarded!
Get Epic Mickey.
I LOVE ICELAND!

If you had played Batman Arkham Asylum. there wouldn't even be a need for this thread. You would KNOW that Arkham City was a must play. The problem with Ninja Gaiden and Batman is that they're both from awesome franchises but Nintendo gamers are late to the party.
Watch Arkham Asylum on youtube and then grab Arkham City.
I played Ninja Gaiden 1 on the Vita and Ninja Gaiden II on the 360. Was tempted to get Ninja Gaiden III on the Wii U based on the updated boobies. From my experience, Ninja Gaiden is just an orgy of battles with wave after wave of enemies with some limited exploration thrown in from time to time. Batman is like a Legend of Zelda/Metroid game with some open world exploration and some awesome combat and a great story. I've never played the Epic Mickey titles.
I'm in the same situation as you haha so I'll just post in here instead of making my own thread
But for me it's Batman vs Black Ops vs AC3.
I just want to know which of those is the least gimped, really... Apparently all ports have slowdowns and run worse than the other versions. Can I play Batman on the Wii U without feeling cheated? Can I play the other games without feeling cheated? I don't want gimped (and more expensive) versions of great games.
The elderly wiseman (judging by his avatar) MrKahn asking for advice? I thought I'd never see this in my lifetime! Lol
I may not be the best to give advice ('cause I haven't got WiiU), but I'd say that I lean more on Batman and NG3, d21lewis sums it up pretty nicely of the different style of gameplay... If you want old skool with extra punishment arcade gameplay, go with NG3; if you want a modern openworld experience with a detective comic book anti-superhero setting, then I suggest Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition.
About Epic Mickey: Power of Two, I really can't say. Although I am a big fan of Disney's old properties, but this game is the least that appeal to me against the other 2 on your pickings.
Hope that helps, even though I'm not qualified... XD

And proud member of the Mega Mario Movement!

^What he said.
I would go with Batman, especially if you haven't played it
