You can have an US account, however you can use only 1 account per Vita unless you format it everytime you change your account on the system.

How so? I mean I have a US account also so I could use the PS Plus code for the american store if it wasnt able to work on the UK, so that shouldnt be a problem.

But if im given a code for All Stars andI use it whilst on my UK account shouldnt it work?

Well it didn't say when I looked through the terms. I don't see why it wouldn't work.

If it doesn't for £150 it's nothing to cry over if it didn't work.
